        Domestic Return Policy

        Return for Store Credit

        • All eligible returns are issued as store credit, minus the original shipping fee & a $10 restocking fee.
        • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
        • Items must be new, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Items that arrive worn, damaged, or missing packaging will not qualify for return.
        • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

        Free Return Shipping

        RockLove covers the cost of return shipping. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

        Non-Returnable Items

        Final Sale, Last Chance, and Numbered Limited-Edition pieces cannot be returned.

        How to Start a Return

        Email customerservice@rocklove.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and your prepaid return shipping label.

        Once we receive your package, our team will inspect it and process your store credit. Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt for an update on your return.

        Please do not send a return without prior authorization; unapproved returns will be forfeited.

        Please contact us first at customerservice@rocklove.com for a return authorization number before shipping back your jewelry. Items shipped without prior authorization from RockLove will be forfeited.

          Update/Cancel an Order

          Order cancellation is not guaranteed. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.

          If you ordered the wrong item, or entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@rocklove.com. We strive to ship orders as fast as possible, and we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop the order before it ships. 

            Last Chance Items

            • Last Chance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.

              Pre-Order and Limited Release items

              • Pre-Order items are not eligible for discount or included in site-wide sales.
              • Pre-Order items can be cancelled excluding those items that are made to order. (Magic: The Gathering)
              • All sales are final on numbered Limited Edition, Timed Edition or Exclusive Products that are made to order. Your purchase of these pieces reserves your specific item in the limited edition sequential order and cannot be refunded or returned after the transaction is placed.

              Non-Delivery & Claims

              • We are not responsible for denied, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. Incomplete or incorrectly addressed deliveries can be shipped again at the customer's expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.

              • We are not responsible for replacing products marked as Delivered. If a package is marked as Delivered, and you don't see it: check with your mail carrier (they may have "helpfully" tucked it behind porch furniture or a planter), your family members (ooh I thought it was for me), and neighbors (you weren't home and I haven't brought it over yet). Call or visit your local post office and inquire with the tracking number. Once marked as Delivered, USPS has deems the service complete and RockLove no longer has any access and we are unable to submit inquiries or claims. The customer must pursue the package locally and RockLove is not responsible for sending a replacement.

              • Per USPS's current policies, postage claims are no longer able to be filed. RockLove will not refund shipping costs for slow or “late” delivery.  

               

              RockLove offers a limited-time 100% return policy for allergic reactions, allowing customers with metal sensitivities to try our premium sterling silver risk-free.

              RockLove does not accept returns or backorder cancellations for the purpose of repurchasing to claim a discount code or belated sale price.

              We stand behind our jewelry and want customers to be satisfied. However, we are an independent business (and humans with feelings) so we reserve the right to refuse service if a customer is abusive, derogatory, or suspected of being a scammer.
