A ghoulish grin filled with wickedly hooked teeth captures the essence of this infamous aberration.

Two-part construction hollowed within the roof of the mouth to achieve the gnarly spiked smile construction. The reverse of the hovering body is engraved with the full Dungeons & Dragons logo.
