Samantha Davis is the Culinary Director and partner of FieldTrip and Chef de Cuisine of Henry at Life Hotel as well as the subterranean bar Gibson + Luce.

In addition to her restaurant work, she is a private chef to the stars and frequently featured on The Food Network and The Daily Show.
